• Vendor Check-in: Begins at 8:00 AM in the Grand Foyer

• Grand Foyer Vendor Hall Access for Setup: Opens at 8:00 AM

• Grand Foyer Vendor Hall Opens to Attendees: 11:00 AM

• Caribbean Foyer Vendor Hall Access for Setup: Opens at 5:00 PM

• Vendor Happy Hour: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM (during this time, vendors and attendees with be able to mingle and network)

Friday, October 2

• Vendor Hall Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

• Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Sunday, October 3

• Vendor Hall Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• Break Down: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
