Exhibit space will include one 6’x30” table. Table skirts, banners, etc. are allowed. Pop-ups and signage is also allowed inside your 6’ space. However, it is not permitted to attach anything to the walls and/or columns of The Vinoy.

  All shipments to The Vinoy are handled by the Event Concierge Team.  Packages should be delivered no more than three (3) business days prior to the event with a tracking provided. Tracking information shall be provided to Christine Gray to pass on to The Vinoy to ensure that all packages are delivered to the correct location.

Vendors may load into the loading dock near The Vinoy security. The loading dock is technically located on 6th street.  See photo below.
