Exhibit space will include one 6’x30” table for Ruby/Sapphire, two tables for Emerald and three for Diamond. Table skirts, banners, etc. are allowed. Pop-ups and signage is also allowed inside your 6’ space. However, it is not permitted to attach anything to the walls and/or columns of the resort.
Power will be provided by request to the booths that need it. If you need power at your booth, please let Christine Gray, the event coordinator, know.
